At Big Brothers Big Sisters, you never mentor alone.
One of the things that sets our programs apart is the ongoing support every match receives. Whether you're part of our Community-Based Mentoring program or MentorU, you'll be paired with a dedicated Match Support Specialist who is there to help every step of the way.
Your Match Support Specialist provides regular check-ins, shares helpful resources, answers questions, and offers guidance whenever you need it. You don't have to be an expert in working with youth—that's what our trained staff is here for.
Our team is invested in your success because when mentors feel supported, young people thrive.
